International students, the Welcome Desk team welcomes you from September 13th until the end of the year on the Sorbonne site, at 17 rue de la Sorbonne, to answer all your questions about administrative procedures such as :

• applying for a visa or a residence permit
• finding accommodation
• social security affiliation and other health matters
• your integration at the Sorbonne Nouvelle

The Welcome Desk is entirely composed of international students who are able to answer all your questions in French, English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian and Kazakh.

Opening hours : Monday to Thursday From 9am to 5pm

You can make an appointment via our platform or go directly to the reception of the International Affairs Office, at 17 rue de la Sorbonne.
