Welcome Desk Sorbonne Nouvelle University 21-22

The Welcome Desk team has been up and running from Monday 20, September to the end of the academic year in the Hall of the Censier Campus.

The Welcome Desk is entirely composed of international students who are able to answer all your questions in French, English, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Mandarin and Kazakh.

You can drop in at the Welcome Desk (no appointment necessary) throughout the year and the team will help you with administrative procedures such as: applying for a visa or a residence permit, finding accommodation, social security affiliation and other health matters, and guide you through the university.

Information is also available in the International Student's Guide, Practical Information website and Welcome and Integration pages, as well as on the Events section for international students of our social networks (Facebook and Instagram).

After a busy year, the 21 - 22 Welcome Desk team says goodbye :

  • 400 international students supported
  • 6 integration activities with 250 students
  • Support in health and covid procedures
  • 1 international students week with 310 students
