You can choose courses in up to 3 departments.
You must choose at least one course in your main study department.
General information on course selection
The course codes provide information on the department and semester. Be sure to check that the course you are interested in is for the semester in which you will be at Sorbonne Nouvelle.

Restrictions
General restrictions :
- The various professional courses (so-called "pro" courses) at Undergraduate and Graduate level are not accessible to exchange students.
- You will not be able to do an internship through Sorbonne Nouvelle because the university is not entitled to issue you with an internship agreement. If you absolutely want to do an internship and it is compatible with your studies, you will have to request an agreement from your home university.
- As a general rule, language courses are only available to students in the Foreign Languages, Literatures, Cultures and Societies Department and are not open to beginners.
- Courses in partnership with the universities of Paris 1, Paris 4 and Paris 7 are not accessible.
- English-language courses are available in the English-speaking World department and partially in LEA.
- For the Bureau des Enseignements Transversaux (BET), enrolment is limited to 1 or 2 courses maximum per semester. Also, the Teaching Units (TU) of Computer Science and Foreign Language from BET are not accessible to exchange students.
