The Welcome Desk team will be present all year on the Nation Campus as they will be able to welcome you and provide you some help in many different languages.

The Welcome Desk  can be found directly on your right when you enter the campus. Do not hesitate to come by whenever you have questions about: 

• Your visas and residence permits procedures
• Your accomodations 
• Your procedures regarding the Sécurité Social and other health enquiries
• Your integration within Sorbonne Nouvelle university
