Are you looking for a short study abroad programme this summer? Leeds International Summer School (LISS) is a four week programme at the University of Leeds, the 2017 UK University of the Year (according the to the Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide).
LISS will run 1 – 30 July 2017 and combines academic study with a packed cultural and social programme which gives you the chance to travel and explore England (including a weekend trip to London) while earning 20 Leeds credits (10 ECTS / 6 US credits) which you can transfer back to your home degree. There are a number of Santander scholarships available worth £500 each; to be eligible to apply for a scholarship you should have a GPA of at least 3.0 (or equivalent). The LISS 2017 programme fee is £2,995 and includes tuition, on campus self-catering accommodation, academic field trips, weekend excursions, a social programme and premium sports centre membership. Applications received by 3 April will receive a £150 discount (the final deadline is 1 May).
