PEI is a program which aims to welcome and support refugees or asylum seekers. Our goal is to teach French during one year and to accompany you in your project of study.

The participation gives access to:

•  A “visiting student” card that grants access to the Sorbonne Nouvelle university, its library, its campus, including activities.
• Intensive French classes taught by volunteering teachers from the university.
• Every class and seminary of the university as a visiting student (no degree or credit).
• Some specific activities: theater, museum tours, etc.

Be sure to acknowledge:

• PEI does not grant diplomas or degrees, but we can advise you if you want to access to a degree course. Also, a certificate of participation is provided if needed.
• PEI cannot influence your application for asylum.
