Step 1 - Your nomination and application
1. Nomination and application of exchange students - ERASMUS + Program
Nomination and application dates :
-1st semester (autumn and full year) : february 15 to May 15
-2nd semester (spring) : October 1st to November 15
Nomination : The coordinator of your university's international office should email the list of selected students and the nomination table [XLSX - 12 Ko] completed to : Madame Laure ABRAMOVICI (erasmus-incoming@sorbonne-nouvelle.fr)
Student applications :
- Candidates are required to have a sufficient level of French to enable them to follow the courses and complete the written assignments (B2 level with proof of entitlement).
- Please note: we do not offer French courses for absolute beginners, but semester-long courses are offered to exchange students to perfect their knowledge of the language, French culture and methodology.
- At the beginning of September, an intensive French language course is offered free of charge to exchange students on registration.

- Copy of identity document
- Letter of motivation in French
- Provisional list of desired courses at Sorbonne Nouvelle (indicate the code and name of each desired course)
- Certificate of French language level B2 (exam results or certificate issued by home university)

Once your application has been accepted, we will send you a letter of acceptance. You can then take the following steps:
